PHotos from Arthur
Moss' photo album. The cover suggests that they
were taken between 1918 and 1922. The ones of the
far east were probably when he served on the Blue Funnel
Line between Liverpool and the far east.
Photos include his address (17 Terrace Road, Mansfield),
Liverpool, Port Said, Jeddah, the Haj pilgrimage, Stone
Cutter's Island, Hong Kong, Repulse Bay Hotel, HK, The
Blue Funnel ship "Machaon", Shanghai, the Yangtze River,
Manila, The Blue Funnel ship "Teucer", USS Huron,
Kuchinotsu Harbour, Japan, Union Bay British
Columbia, Vancouver Racecourse (?), Miami, Florence and
Florence May, Bill & Norman (shipmates), Kobe, HMS
Hawkins, Vi, a photo at Stirling Castle and some of what
appear to be the Norfolk Broads.
